About Flodo

Most task managers are built around due dates. Flodo isn't. Tasks move through four stages: later, this week, today, done. On Monday you drag a few things into this week, and each morning you pick what goes into today.

Whatever you didn't finish slides back one stage on its own, so nothing sits there accusing you. There's no calendar view at all. Dates and reminders exist if you want them, but they're optional. An iPhone version and iCloud sync are available too.

Highlights

  • Four stages: later, this week, today, done
  • Unfinished tasks flow back automatically
  • No calendar view; dates are optional
  • iPhone version and iCloud sync
