About BetterCmdTab
Cmd+Tab jumps between apps, not windows, and gives you tiny icons to go on. BetterCmdTab replaces it with a switcher that shows live window previews, much like the Windows one.
It switches between windows, supports search, app launching and browser tab drill-in, and covers every Space and display. Basic tiling is built in too. Free, and available as a Homebrew cask. If you've ever envied the Windows alt-tab preview, this closes the gap.
